Urban Planner Hub was born from a simple but powerful idea: planning should be about shaping cities, not drowning in paperwork. Its founder, Morris Miszczyk, experienced firsthand the frustration of complex documentation, time-consuming administrative tasks, and scattered data during his work in spatial planning and regional development.

Determined to make a change, Morris set out to create tools that make documentation easier, smoother, and more accessible. Every template, workflow, and digital solution was designed with planners in mind, user-friendly, intuitive, and practical for real-world planning projects.

From simplifying permit processes to streamlining data management, Urban Planner Hub empowers planners to focus on what truly matters: building smarter, sustainable, and better-connected cities. Today, we continue to innovate, making planning workflows more efficient, reducing administrative burdens, and providing planners with the tools they wish they always had.

Morris Miszczyk, Founder

Morris is a spatial planning practitioner and Master's candidate in Economic Geography, Mobility and Spatial Development Policy at Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Germany.

His background spans GIS (QGIS), data-driven planning, and regional development. At the Hesse State Planning Authority, he contributed to the Central Hesse Regional Plan by digitizing planning data, supporting spatial analysis, and improving communication between planners and policymakers.

Urban Planner Hub was built from that experience. tools designed by a planner who lived the problem firsthand.

Noorhati Ajhari, Marketing Lead

Noorhati brings a background in International Relations and hands-on experience across marketing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and event management.

She has worked across government-linked projects, infrastructure development, and innovation ecosystems giving her a sharp instinct for translating complex ideas into messaging that actually lands.

At Urban Planner Hub, she makes sure the right planners find the right tools.
